A lift-gate is added on the back of a delivery truck to unload the pallets from the truck to the ground.
Note: A lift-gate is required for any deliveries that do not have a forklift on site to unload the pallets from the freight carrier. If you do not select “lift-gate on delivery” when you place your order but require one upon delivery. You will receive an additional charge from the carrier!
No you don’t! But please leave notes on your order if you do want to be contacted before delivery or have a specific area were you want your order dropped off.
You can also leave out cone or note for delivery instructions at the location as well.
We use a 3rd party freight carrier. Once your order is picked up we have no control of how or when the carrier deliveries your order. We will provide you with tracking and include your contact info to the carrier.
We are not responsible for any products that arrive damaged. Furthermore, products must be inspected upon delivery and any damage must be identified with the driver of the delivery company.
LTL stands for “Less than Truckload”
This is how we ship our orders via 3rd party carriers. This is a more economical way to ship if an order does not fill out a full truckload.
A Pro# is a series of numbers assigned to your order provided by the freight carrier once the order is picked up from our plant. You can go on the carrier’s website and use the Pro# to track your orders shipping.

If you order 1qty splash block- your order will ship via UPS ground in a secure package.
If you order 2qty or more splash block- your order will ship via LTL freight carrier. Please select in checkout if you need a Lift-gate on delivery or not.
No, Parking block pallets cannot be unbundled and placed out individually. It is not the carrier’s responsibility. The carrier is only responsible for unloading the pallet off the truck.
